Effective December 1, 2017 Hemisphere will be launching the new Technical Support Portal. This portal will allow you to submit an SRO or report any suspected software/firmware bugs and file an incident ticket with Technical Services/Support for review.
Hemisphere GNSS’ Firmware and Firmware updates have been re-configured and will no longer support OmniSTAR Data Services. Please refer to Hemisphere GNSS’ specifications for the applicable Product(s) affected. Applying the Firmware update to your Product will render the OmniSTAR Data Services unusable on your Product. Please read the Disclaimer of Liability below before proceeding with the download and installation of the Firmware update. The download and installation of the Firmware update by you will be deemed acknowledgement and consent to the Disclaimer.
